COKE PRODUCTION
Asia FerroAlloys LLP is a modern enterprise that performs sorting, crushing and shipment of coal coke (charcole) with a fraction of 0-10mm., 10-25 mm. and 25-40 mm. Production capacity – 20 thousand tons of coke per month. The products of the plant are supplied throughout Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.
The enterprise was formed from the zero stage, which allowed initially foreseeing all the slightest nuances affecting the quality of the finished product, delivery time, cost, etc.

FOUNDRY PRODUCTION
The foundry production of Asia FerroAlloys LLP is organized on the basis of the Karaganda foundry plant. At present, the foundry plant is an enterprise with a developed infrastructure and highly skilled workers.
The presence at the plant of the design department allows you to carry out technological design and carry out orders according to individual customer charts. The technological capacities of the enterprise allow the manufacture of iron and steel products using a conveyor method, as well as individual hand-castings.
Today, the main products of the company are cast-iron grinding balls with a diameter of 40-100 mm for processing plants, cast-iron cylpebs for the construction industry, brake pads for railway transport, as well as shaped castings.
FERROALLOY PRODUCTION
Asia FerroAlloys LLP is an innovative enterprise carrying out ferroalloy production, the annual capacity of which is 57,000 tons per year.
ENRICHMENT OF COAL AND PRODUCTION OF COAL CONCENTRATE 2 MILLION TONS PER YEAR
This coal preparation plant has no analogues in Kazakhstan. The main advantage of our company is that it produces high-quality coal without harm to the environment.
The technology of “wet enrichment” is used for coal enrichment. It allows you to enrich run-of-the-mill coal with an incoming ash content of 15% to a parent ash of 2-3%. The entire enrichment procedure takes place in a closed cycle, without the use of chemical reagents, which leads to a cleaner impact on the environment and significantly increases environmental friendliness in general.
A high degree of automation of production processes at the concentrating plant makes it possible to control compliance with the production technology and the quality of finished products. The factory’s capacity is 300 tons per hour or 2,000,000 tons per year.
